psychotherapy can be a good way to move forward
Be satisfied in life
To be satisfied in life, you need to be able to function well enough within two essential aspects of life: love and work. Not in the sense of having a perfect love-relationship, and a wonderful job, but it is very important to have good relationships with friends and familiy. And it is important to have some work to do, that appears meaningful to you.
In some periods of life, these issues don’t seem to be working too well.
You might have ended up in some unhealthy patterns, like too many working-hours, stress, conflictual relationships at home or at work, maybe life has become too much routine, maybe you’re not sleeping well, eating well. Maybe you’ve just reached some kind of dissatisfaction in general. Or you just feel insecure of yourself, and what to do.
It can be a good idea to work on themes like this through psychotherapy. You’ll get to know yourself better, become more focused on, what you want, and what you don’t want, and become a better guide in your own life.
I’m a psychotherapist with a long professional experience. I have been working with individual therapy, couples therapy and groups through many years. I like my job very much, because it is a gift to get a chance to look into peoples lifes and help them move on by helping them to find new aspects, new ways of seeing things. I spend many hours a day doing this, and I constantly keep up with new knowledge and supervision.
